This one is kinda strange. Got about 2 hours in and in that time we had more attempted lynchings then anything to do with the Mythos. And these are Northerners, who are apparently so foaming at the mouth racist that as soon as they SEE a black person they chase him down in a fire engine. I get someone wanted to add their persecution complex to a horror story but if you don’t want to listen a giant Cadbury Cream Egg of anti-white racism covered by a thin foil of Lovecraftian tropes, I’d say just wait till the movie.

fantastic! so much better than the pathetic show. some of the best lovecraftian horror outside the originator. amazing stuff you can really sink your teeth into!
edit: Wow! Look at the fear in some of the conservative commentors - guys, the book has black characters but it’s not anymore than that. Stop trying to see what isn’t there, this isn’t the goofy tv show.
